Returns Policy

Eligible Returns: You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time:
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the date you return the item. This includes:
- Transit time for the return to reach us (5-10 business days)
- Our processing time (3-5 business days)
- The time it takes your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days)
In most cases, refunds are processed more quickly.

Local Pickups: You are welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse at 350 Hendrickson Avenue, Lynbrook, NY 11563 during business hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM but booking an appointment is must.
