Shipping Questions

1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates for U.S. orders are as follows:

Standard 0lb–1lb 3 to 4 business days $6.99
Standard 1lb–5lb 3 to 4 business days $7.99
Standard 5.01lb and up 3 to 4 business days $19.99


3. How long does shipping take?

Our delivery time includes handling time + transit time.

  • Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3 to 4 business days.

4. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

5. Do you provide tracking?
Yes! We provide tracking so you can follow your order until it reaches you.


Returns & Refunds

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

7. How do I return an item?
Follow these steps:

  1. Contact our return team at info@zeniafragrance.com to initiate a return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item, include any accessories, and clearly write the RA number on the package.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

8. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

9. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

10. What items are non-refundable?

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift items

11. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately at info@zeniafragrance.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.

12. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
