General Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges once the 30-day period has passed.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened due to hygiene and quality assurance concerns. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Charges

A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item. Additionally, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. These fees help us manage the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
  3. Receive return instructions from our team, including the return shipping address.
  4. Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included materials, accessories, and documentation.
  5. Arrange for return shipping and ensure the package is insured against damage or loss in transit.

Incorrect or Damaged Item Received
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will promptly provide a prepaid return label to correct the issue.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days . Please note that original shipping, handling charges, restocking fees, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to quality and hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Fragrances or oils that have been opened or used
  • Custom-made or personalized fragrance blends
  • Items not in their original, unused condition

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or refund if applicable.
